Our partnership with AREVO Immobilien AG dates back to 2009 and focuses on real estate development. We have been investing alongside Turicum Investment AG since 2017 in opportunities in Vietnam. The company is a Swiss-based, FINMA-licensed portfolio manager, and provides investment advisory services. While offering a diverse range of investment solutions, TIM has developed a strong focus on Vietnam since 2007, leveraging a dedicated local team in Ho Chi Minh City to capitalize on the country's growth.

NEK Umwelttechnik AG

We have collaborated with NEK Umwelttechnik AG on renewable energy investments since2017. The company is a Swiss-based independent engineering and planning company specializing in wind and geothermal energy in Ghana and The Gambia.  The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in St. Gallen, with branches in Zurich and abroad.

Selected international projects

Ghana

NEK has been active in Ghana since 1998 through its local branch, NEK (Ghana) Ltd. The company is developing six large-scale wind parks in the Greater Accra Region, collectively boasting a capacity of approximately 1,300 MW. These projects are expected to generate around 3,400 GWh of clean electricity annually, contributing significantly to Ghana's renewable energy goals.

The Gambia

In collaboration with the Government of The Gambia, NEK is developing both onshore and offshore wind farms, with planned capacities of 200 MW and 350MW, respectively. These projects aim to enhance the country's access to electricity and help the Gambia meet its climate commitments under the Paris Agreement.
